Synergy Vision is able to organise telephone translation services for initial interviews, and face-to-face interpreter services for follow-up conversations.
Where possible, staff of similar cultural backgrounds are rostered to work with individuals, and care will be taken to ensure that a specific team is allocated for service provision if requested.
